Takedown policy
Open Exam Planner lets teachers upload and organise their own teaching material. Each user's uploads are private to them, and users must only upload material they have the right to use. If you believe content on Open Exam Planner infringes your copyright or other rights, tell us and we will act quickly.
How to ask for content to be removed
Email alex@alexhey.co.uk with:
- Your name, organisation and contact details, and, if you act for someone else, who you represent.
- The work you own, for example the title, code and date of an exam paper, mark scheme or specification.
- What you believe has been uploaded or reproduced, and anything that helps us find it, such as the account email address, if you know it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the rights holder or allowed to act for them.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request, normally within two working days.
- We look at the content concerned. If it appears to infringe, we remove it, along with everything made from it.
- We tell the account holder what was removed and why. They can reply if they believe the removal was a mistake.
- We ban accounts that upload infringing content repeatedly. A banned account cannot sign in, and its content is deleted 30 days later.
If your content was removed
If you believe we removed your content by mistake, for example because you have permission to use it, email alex@alexhey.co.uk with the details. See also our terms of use and privacy notice.
